Global Leadership Profile is an Assessment that presents information on how you operate as a leader in your world, through measuring a combination of internal thinking and external behaviours from different perspectives – self and others.

Quality feedback is an invaluable part of leadership development. The Global Leadership Profile is a full 360° Assessment and Feedback process that incorporates essential leadership behaviours and gives us a opportunity to continue to build our capability in this area. These behaviors offer leaders a baseline for their own development and ongoing learning.
